DR. DALY (a) is Harry C. Donahoo Professor
of Surgery; surgical director, William Maul
Measey Institute for Clinical Simulation
and Patient Safety; and emeritus dean,
Lewis Katz School of Medicine, Temple
University, Philadelphia, PA. He is a surgical
oncologist, Fox Chase Cancer Center,
Temple Health, Philadelphia. He is a former
Second Vice-President of the American
College of Surgeons (ACS), a co-chair of
